• •Data Use: Your information will be used to verify your identity, match your payment against existing policy records, issue an acknowledgement receipt, and send you transaction confirmations via email or SMS.
• •Data Sharing: Your information will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties. It may be shared with the relevant insurance company solely for policy reconciliation and records management purposes.
• •Data Retention: Your information will be retained for as long as required by applicable laws and regulations, or as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

Policy Authorization

By proceeding, you confirm and represent that you are the registered policyholder or a duly authorized representative of the insurance policy you are transacting on this kiosk. You acknowledge that you have the legal authority to submit payment, upload documents, or perform any transaction related to the said policy on behalf of the named insured.

Disclaimer of Liability

OneNetworx Insurance Agency exercises reasonable safeguards to protect the integrity and confidentiality of all transactions processed through this kiosk. However, in the event that a transaction is initiated by an unauthorized individual — including but not limited to persons who are not the policyholder or a legally authorized representative — OneNetworx Insurance Agency shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, unauthorized access, misuse of policy information, erroneous payment application, or any consequence arising therefrom.

Any person found to have accessed or transacted on a policy without proper authority may be subject to legal action under applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Revised Penal Code, and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
